This warranty is conditioned upon normal use and care of the vinyl windows and will be void to the extent of any damage caused by misuse or neglect, fire or other casualty, or any other
cause beyond the control of R&D Fabricating Inc.
R&D Fabricating, Inc. makes no representation or warranty for components or materials used in the installation of its vinyl windows, including, but not limited to, caulking, screws,
insulation and wood finish trim. Interior and exterior caulking is considered a maintenance responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by R&D Fabricating, Inc. which includes, but is not limited to, doors, casements, storm doors, glass block.
Insulated Glass Unit
R&D Fabricating, Inc. warrants that the hermetic seal of the insulated glass unit will be free from manufacturing or material defect which results in a material obstruction of vision as a
consequence of film formation caused by dust or condensation on the interior surfaces of the insulated glass unit so long as the insulated glass unit has not been altered, cracked or broken.
R&D Fabricating, Inc. makes no representation or warranty with respect to condensation on the exterior surfaces of the insulated glass unit. Condensation on the exterior surfaces does not
indicate a defect but may occur temporarily as a natural result of humidity, excessive moisture, changes in temperature or improper ventilation.
Remedies
R&D Fabricating, Inc. obligations under this warranty shall, at the option of R&D Fabricating, Inc, be exclusively limited to either furnishing replacement parts or furnishing a new product.
If the exact original product or part is no longer available R&D Fabricating, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a similar product or part deemed by R&D Fabricating, Inc. to be of equal or
greater quality. All replacement parts or products will be shipped either to the original selling dealer or directly to the purchaser R&D Fabricating, Inc.?s factory. Labor is not covered by
this warranty and R&D Fabricating, Inc. will have no obligations to provide or pay for any labor or reinstallation costs.

PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL R&D Fabricating, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM
A BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.
